Request help or a refund

If you are charged twice, cannot activate your purchase, or Transnip does not work as described, contact leemie8846@gmail.com with your order reference. We will help resolve the issue or review your refund request.

Approved refunds

Refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. Arrival time depends on your payment provider and bank. Refunded licenses and unused cloud credits are deactivated.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights or rights under the payment provider’s applicable terms.
