Acceptable use

This policy applies to text submitted to and translated by Transnip. Updated October 30, 2026.

Content restrictions

Do not use Transnip to create, facilitate or distribute:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Violence, gore or content encouraging harm.
• Hate speech or targeted abuse.
• Child sexual abuse material or other child-unsafe content.
• Deepfakes or deceptive impersonation of real people.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy rights.
• Terrorism, mass violence or instructions for weapons of mass destruction.

Do not attempt to bypass safety checks, manipulate free allowances or share or resell your license without authorization.

How checks work

Text is checked with Waffo Prompt Sift before translation. Results are checked before display. Requests proceed only on approval; blocked, pending or unavailable checks stop the translation. Failed cloud requests return their reserved allowance.

Reports and appeals

Report misuse or request a review at support@transnip.site. Describe the issue and include a request or order reference if available. Avoid sending confidential text unless necessary for your request.

We review reports and may warn users, restrict cloud access or suspend licenses for violations. If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact the same address to appeal. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
